Start 10.15 sharp if a student is later than 10 am they can still take part but NOT GRADE.

All ground work will be tested

D1 will have 10 minute written exam
D2-D4 Grading (Sparring compulsory)
Training is to be done bare foot

Students MUST have leg guards, groin guard and sparring equipment

It is STRONG ADVISED students have martial arts insurance and been training a minimum of 3 months = 24 classes
